Q:  I didn’t receive an activation email. What should I do?
A:  First, check your spam filter.  The activation email is automatically sent to the email address you provided upon initial registration.  If you did not receive the email, you may have incorrectly entered your email address during the signup process.   You can simply re-register with your correct email address in order to proceed.

Q:   I clicked “submit” and nothing happened  (or I received an error message).  Has my application been received?
A:   Yes.  Fusion saves profile data as you complete each tile in the profile interface.   While the submit button triggers a final confirmation, the application is effectively submitted as you build the profile.

Q:  I am unable to complete all the tiles on the profile page.  Will my application still be considered?
A:   Yes.  We review every application submitted to the competition.  Our judges may contact you directly for additional information if needed.

Q: Do I need to be in the LeWeb London 13 tab to complete my profile?
A:   Yes.  While you may work on your profile from any tab, you must be in the LeWeb tab to answer competition-specific questions and submit your application.

Q: What happens after I submit my application?
A: You will not receive a specific message.  Keep in mind that your profile is your application. You are able to log back into Fusion to update your profile at any time.
